Job Description:

  • Identifying hiring needs and suitable candidates 
  • Collaborating with other department/head to compile a list of requirements and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

Experience Needed:

  • 3+ years related experience in e-commerce / tech start up in a fast-paced environment

Skills needed:

  • Experience with recruitment process and databases
  • Understand the process of screening, interview and hiring process
  • Excellent communication (both orally and in writing) and good decision making skills
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Fluently speak Bahasa and English
