Head of Talent

Location: Indonesia

 

 

Job Description:

  • Design and implement the recruiting strategy
  • Involve in recruiting process include screening, interviewing and hiring process
  • Implement regular performance evaluation
  • Develop employee retention programs and team-building activities
  • Build recruitment and succession plans for a high growth company
  • Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll

Experience Needed:

  • 8 years working in talent management, of which at least half of this is in recruitment
  • Ideally has managed similar responsibilities in a tech startup and helped it grow from 20 to 100 employees
  • Worked closely with C-suite and/or business heads to understand business strategy

Skills needed:

  • Organised and systematic, able to set up processes
  • Ability to work independently and deal with big and small issues
  • Hands on experience with handling HR issues Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
  • Experience with recruitment process and databases
  • Quick problem solving
