- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Able to give information regarding the company’s background, products and services
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
- Time management and fast response
- Clear communication skills (both orally and in writing)
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to learn faster
- IDR 2,000,000 – IDR 4,000,000
