Customer Service Representative

Location: Indonesia

 

 

Job Description:

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Able to give information regarding the company’s background, products and services

Experience Needed:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service

Skills needed:

  • Time management and fast response
  • Clear communication skills (both orally and in writing)
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to learn faster

Compensation:

  • IDR 2,000,000 – IDR 4,000,000
  • Commensurate with experience
