PRODUCT MANAGER (UX/UI/WEB-APP)

JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for Vybes’ main product, a web/app platform that connects influencers with products globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of the user journey, design and interface as well as all final assets’ production and implementation
  • Work closely with software engineers on feature and UI/UX implementations
  • Build a structured testing approach that will inform product development
  • Identify design opportunities for increasing app retention and web engagement well beyond benchmark rates
  • Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and profitability of product offering

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years experience as a platform/project manager with a strong focus on UX/UI
  • Skilled at breaking down complex product needs into appropriate UX deliverables and timelines
  • An ability to design beautiful interfaces
  • Effective communicator both verbally and written
  • Some experience with online B2B2C models (e.g., Shopify, Chope), E-commerce or influencers ideal


BRAND & INFLUENCER ASSOCIATE (BRANDING; COMMUNICATIONS; PR, SOCIAL MEDIA)

  • We are looking for an aspiring, creative and media savvy mind to join our team and create awesome and impactful campaigns with us, connect with media players globally & grow our online presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing: Coordinate and execute Digital/Social Media Campaigns to support our influencers
  • Branding: Assess & develop brand Copywriting & Design materials for Web/App/Social/Events
  • Design: Assist in Video/Image editing for promotional and/or branding purposes
  • PR: Connect and co-ordinate with global News & Magazines for press releases & exclusives
  • Events: Support on-ground events by being a member of our production team
  • Business Dev.: Assist our managing team in B2B campaigns focused at expandingour new business

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design or similar studies
  • Experience in the Social Media Influencer market is an added advantage
  • Managing Social Media Accounts with more than 50k followers/subscribers is an added plus
  • Some experience in PR, Copywriting, Marketing Campaigns or Event Management preferred
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Proficient in at least 1 image/video editing tool


BRANDING / PR MANAGER, CONSUMER GOODS

JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for the branding and communications of KOL-backed consumer products that the company will be rolling out (80% of job)
  • Responsible for helping with the branding and communications of the company, to investors, in the media and for KOLs, whom we work closely with (20% of job)

BACKGROUND

  • >4 years experience working in branding and PR, ideally in the consumer goods space
  • Interested in working in a technology startup, i.e. be goal oriented, be able to work independently on a limited budget, and build media outreach from scratch
  • Have relevant, pre-existing media relationships globally
  • Creative, innovative, strong written and verbal communicator who is also a hustler
  • Familiarity with online distribution and marketing more important than offline
  • Understanding of KOLs/influencer trends helpful
  • Interest to create new brands and bring them to market rapidly essential :)
