HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - LA

Los Angeles

We are a leading influencer commerce company, helping influencer create products to sell to their fans. We already have hundreds of influencers on our platform with millions of followers but we want to grow this by 10x in 2019.

JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for acquiring celebrities and/or large influencers in the USA and/or build partnerships with large celebrity/influencer agencies
  • Should be able to build relationships with key celebrities/influencers, systematically build a sales pipeline and build partnerships
  • Objective is to get these influencers interested in creating new products to sell to their fans (in the same vein Kylie Jenner and Cristiano Ronaldo have) and sign partnership contracts with our company

BACKGROUND

  • Has pre-existing relationships in this industry and/or a background in celebrity/influencer management.
  • Should have ability to build new relationships easily, strong negotiation skills and be able to deliver ambitious sales goals
  • Preferably should also have a creative mind and an understanding of consumer products so that you can suggest products for each influencer to create
  • Should be comfortable working independently, coordinating with other country teams, and eventually leading your own team


HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - JAKARTA

We want to expand our influencer reach in Indonesia with your help.

HEAD OF SALES

Singapore

We are a leading influencer commerce company, helping influencer create products to sell to their fans. We already have hundreds of influencers on our platform with millions of followers but we want to grow this by 10x in 2019.

JOB SCOPE

  • Manage outbound sales process to acquire influencers to sell their own branded goods (i.e. turn them into brand owners and merchants)
  • Influencers (otherwise known as KOLs or content creators) are usually active on Instagram, Youtube, Twitch and influencer marketing platforms, and/or managed by influencer agencies.
  • We target global influencers - mostly via emails and direct messaging first - but most of them are in large markets like the USA, Brazil, Indonesia.
  • We’ve built our own internal database of influencers but we need an experienced sales manager to run an effective and systematic sales process to continuously engage these influencers
  • We currently have hundreds of influencers with millions of follower reach. Our goal is to acquire 2000 more influencers by end 2019 and 6,000 more by end 2020

BACKGROUND

  • Has handled thousands of acquisitions and a sales team across multiple markets
  • Good with processes, goal oriented, focused, and highly determined
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools, email marketing, telemarketing ideal.
  • Adept at using data to analyse sales performance
  • Comfortable working with growth engineers to build tools to accelerate sales outreach
  • Understanding of influencer or social commerce ideal but not necessary
  • Understanding of global markets and/or working in international environments helpful
