HEAD OF GROWTH (ACQUISITION / SALES / CRM)

Singapore

As Head of Sales you will focus on acquiring Influencers, Artists & Celebrities found on social media platforms like Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat, Twitter, Twitch or through Influencer Agencies on a global scale by automating our conversion funnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead our team in Sales and CRM focused on developing CRM/Sales best practices (automated inbound & outbound)
  • Plan and manage the sales engagement lifecycle, optimizing the conversion funnel
  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals (alongside our Management Team)
  • Track and monitor relationships with new/existing Influencers through our CRM database
  • Support and coordinate Business Development strategies
  • Assist in the delivery of promotional campaigns to reach prospective Influencers
  • Manage Accounts related to Agents, Managers and their represented Influencers
  • Coordinate with our sourcing team to optimize database integration into the sales cycle
  • Strategize together with our growth engineering team to model sourcing and outreach engines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in managing CRM/Sales tools (marketing, automation, reporting, etc.)
  • Has handled thousands of acquisitions and a sales team across multiple markets
  • Knowledge in contact segmentation, data hygiene, master data management
  • Skillful communicator both verbally and written
  • Some experience in cold calling, email marketing, pitch deck creation prefered
  • Understanding of influencer or social commerce is an advantage
  • Global exposure and statistical predictive modelling will be advantageous
  • You will be based in Singapore.


HEAD OF B2B (Sourcing, Merchandising, Buyer)

Singapore

JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for determining which influencer-branded consumer products the company should create and launch over social media channels. Establishing long term partnerships with manufacturers and logistics partners on a global scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute Sourcing Strategies on a global/regional scale
  • Negotiate with Merchants, Manufacturers and take charge in Partnership Deal-Structuring
  • Work closely with our Sales & Business Development team for Influencer/Celebrity-Product Matching
  • Conduct Business Analysis and take Ownership of the B2B quarterly/project goals
  • Manage end-to-end Quality Control on Product Development and Fulfilment operations
  • Co-ordinate the entire product acquisition process including, Pricing, Inventory and Logistics

REQUIREMENTS

  • Masters Degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or similar degree
  • Strong experience in Partnership Acquisitions
  • Knowledgeable in Sales Automation and Contract Negotiations
  • Skillful communicator both verbally and written
  • Some experience in cold calling, email marketing, pitch deck creation prefered
  • Understanding of influencer or social commerce is an advantage
  • Experience as Buyer in the Retail industry with global exposure preferred
  • You will be based in Singapore


REGIONAL MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (CELEBRITIES / INFLUENCERS)

USA - Los Angeles

As Regional Manager (Los Angeles) you will focus on acquiring local influencers, artists & celebrities, connect with local influencer agencies, media houses and build fruitful relationships that result in potential partnerships. You will also connect with relevant regional manufacturers and brands. Influencers Welcome!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Connect with artists, influencers, celebrities to expand Vybes' talent network in USA
  • Engage with talent agencies, media outlets and other relevant organizations
  • Build a systematic pipeline to consistently generate new talent acquisitions
  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals (alongside our management team)
  • Manage & grow accounts related to agents, managers and their represented influencers
  • Source local products/brands suitable for social commerce
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations in your region
  • Attend regional media related events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be willing to be relocated and/or home-based
  • Skillful communicator both verbally and written
  • Be involved or have an established network in the regional media industry/community
  • Experience in building/owning big social media accounts is advantageous
  • Understanding of e- or social commerce is an advantage
  • Ability to network during events
  • Proven track record in media/advertising related industries

  • Co-Responsible for determining which influencer-branded consumer products the company should create and launch over social media channels. Establishing long term partnerships with manufacturers and logistics partners on a global scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Dev.: Assist in the development of partnerships with Influencers & Agencies
  • B2B: Support in the deal-structuring and acquisition of Global/Regional Manufacturers & Distributors
  • Legal: Co-ordinate in the development of T&Cs, Trademarks, Copyrights and misc. agreements
  • Media: Connect with Media Enterprises and Celebrity Agencies
  • Market Research: Support our B2B & Marketing efforts by providing insightful industry research

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or similar degree
  • Well spoken/written in Bahasa Indo and English is a must
  • Some experience in Sales, Admin, CRM or Media is an added advantage
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
