HEAD OF SALES AND KEY ACCOUNTS

Jakarta

We’re a rapidly growing startup company that enables social media influencers to sell products. We are looking for a Head of Sales and Key Accounts, who has managed thousands of sellers to help manage and guide our influencers to sell products on their social media channels.

JOB SCOPE

  • Grow the sales of thousands of micro-influencers
  • Build systems and processes (training, incentives, events) to motivate these sellers
  • Work with the platform and engineering team to build features that can boost sales
  • Grow, motivate and train the existing team to help you manage these sellers
  • Systematically test out new ideas for how to improve the sales of these influencers

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years relevant experience as a Category Leader / Key Account Manager managing thousands of sellers on e-commerce platforms
  • Experience managing and building teams of 10 persons or more
  • Familiarity with social media (how to create content, make posts engaging etc.)

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strategic thinker who is open to new ideas and has built systems from scratch
  • Excellent sales and account management skills
  • Excellent people and team leader
  • Systematic, execution driven, detail-oriented

KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Jakarta

We’re a rapidly growing startup company that enables social media influencers to sell products through their social media accounts. We are looking for Key Account Executives based in Jakarta with relevant sales and account management experience to manage and guide influencers to sell these products.

JOB SCOPE

  • Establish strong relationships with influencer sellers by guiding, managing and monitoring to sell our products through Vybes platform.
  • Managing different influencer sellers, making sure these accounts are delivering on sales target and deploying our strategies.
  • Proactively conduct feedback from influencers to meet key influencer’s needs and recommend initiatives from the feedback to increase sales performance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 2+ years relevant experience as an Account Manager managing multiple sellers on e-commerce platforms to grow their sales
  • Experience with social media is a plus point
  • Possess good communication skills, with proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Good in Customer Service

  • Fast learner, self-driven and adaptability to changes in dynamic environment
  • Systematic, execution driven, detail-oriented
  • Able to work in team and independently
